I mentioned that I enjoy yoga. Now I think that was an understatement. I am almost addicted to it! Haha~
I’m just thinking to start some journal to track my progress here…

Although my sister and I are attending Hot Yoga class, the voucher I bought was just for 8 lessons, and we can only do it once a week (or sometimes once in a fortnight! >_< ). And I am not willing to pay like 100 SGD for Gym or Yoga membership. I’m quite stingy at this.
So, I’m mostly doing these at the playground near where I stay, normally after a 40-minute jog. Sometimes I just don’t feel comfortable doing some of the poses in the public. Some residents probably think that there’s a strange girl who has been practicing some funny postures at the playground lately! I normally do some simple stretching on my bed or any random places at random time. It is motivating to witness the improvement myself. I now strongly believe that flexibility can be trained. I came across this site that talks about how a stiff office-guy-turned into yoga teacher and I agree on some of the points (not quite sure about the nutrient and food supplement part, I’m not gonna buy that).
Flexible people come in two forms. Those who are naturally flexible and those who can’t even touch their toes without their hamstrings screaming out and their lower backs on fire with pain.
I am the latter form of people. Well, I am not totally flexible yet, but I have faith in it
The poses above should be 100% achieved by the end of 2012! Besides that, I also want to be able to do this:

我顿时想起王力宏的《竹林深处》。。哈哈
